On September 14, YAG and PCFG agreed to give YAG a 14-day extension of YAG's obligation to respond to PCFG's amended complaint, which could be standard professional courtesy for any number of things that come up (e.g., my kid's sick, I have other filing deadlines, etc.), but on September 28, YAG and PCFG agreed to another one-month extension of YAG's response. That back-to-back extension seems a little unusual. My guess (only a guess) is that YAG wants to settle.
