Now about that music selection, ya all better not alienate the party-goers. I do love me some Lyle Lovett, but that's as close to country as I can typically handle, and I'd consider him more folk than country, same goes for Johnny Cash - folk good, country not so much ( IMO of course ;-) ). I'll take snoop dog over garth brooks any day! Maybe we could spring for a Derek and the Dominoes reunion concert???

Just had to put out there a regulating opinion on the music selection. In fact, maybe some Dropkick Murphys goes quite well with Guinness. Speaking of Murphys - any one out there think Murphy's Irish Stout blows Guinness away??? Don't jump on me for that unless you've tried Murphys ;)
