On June 30, 2009, the Board of Directors of WiFiMed Holdings Company, Inc. accepted the resignation of Gregory D. Vacca as a member of the Board of Directors of WiFiMed Holdings Company, Inc. Mr. Vacca is currently the President and CEO of WiFiMed Holdings Company, Inc.


On July 1, 2009, WiFiMed, Inc. filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This petition was filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia
(case number 09-76876). WiFiMed, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WiFiMed Holdings Company, Inc.

I actually got into this thing in a private offering several years back... would like to shoot that broker. Anyway... my cost was a 1.00 per share since then I have added to my position to average down to the .15 per share mark.

I have not given up on this and I think the float is still very tight... but who really knows...this needs to be updated on the pinksheets. But for some reason I think they may be close to doing that. If the float is still tight, this could see .30 range again.

There has not been too many shares that have traded in the penny levels...

I think you are right...this could be a monster...at least I hope so...

Also WIFM holdings did not go into BK, it was the subsidiary company that went BK.
