Can't us shareholders go after the past CEO and his accomplice Beeerooozee Sassafrassy, personally (like strip them of the millions they made/have off of TIV dealings at shareholder expense)? It looks like their "improper charging" was one of the primary factors toward TIV's rapid and devastating demise into BK where shareholders lost millions and the Opiss members and the past COB get all the money. Why should they skate with millions? So in the end, is it going to be the past CFO, the past CEO, the past COB, the past president and the primary money raiser, Sassyfrassy, who get all the money?
