WE NEED AN ACCURATE UPDATED OUTSTANDING SHARES COUNT !

This may very well indicate the reason for the drop in share price.

When I called the Transfer Agent, I was told they weren't allowed to give out any OPHI information. So, this is a real good indication, IMHO
