Absolutely not! An assassination attempt on an ex-president is a threat to our national security? Heck we have had government employees kidnapped and citizens murdered and we don;t even sanction those countries for fear of interrupting our trade with them.

As for firing on our aircraft - come on be serious. We have been told that they have been firing on our aircraft for 12 years and they have not hit one except a low flying drone, once. We are bombing their country for crying out loud. Citizens are dying over there. I don't think firing on planes over there is a threat to our national security, especially when they couldn't hit one if their life depended on it and it does.

Tom K,There is no difference. If we assasinate any person we have the "right" to expect the same. Bush would fit nicely with the 20 year program.
