LOL, I'm fully aware of his history but here's the ironic part: he can't really mess with the Mothership's share structure because it was one of the very first tickers to get the DTCC Chill. It's an opportunity waiting for some volume, IMO. Financials for both are very overdue but have been promised by a PR a couple of weeks ago.
