10b5 plans:

While I was a shareholder of Untied Therapeutics they sold a substantial amount of stock (it also performed quite well). I will give them credit though as they had disclosed the 10b5 plans. I don't know if they stopped disclosing them or not but I did a quick google and you can see how explicit some where:
