My understanding is that it was actually PSOC (platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer), and not PROC (platinum-resistant ovarian cancer), which is the more dire patient population that MRK/ECYT are targeting with vintafolide.

After the problems with Avastin using PFS in breast cancer, aren't regulatory authorities going to take a very hard look at Avastin using PFS in another cancer indication?
