daddio9, LOL, Ive been doing DD on RFMK for close to 2 years, I played/worked with microcaps for close to 30 years--started investing in the late 60s, I know all about PIPEs, and they are almost always desparation financing, on a good note though, at least this most recent round was not done with convertables or warrants, those will sink the company much faster than dilution will.

i can show you one that trades around .08 and hit .27 with a ss bigger then ours! Ps and it has no revs what so ever ;)
