Have they moved? Have they hired new people? Has the stock price risen? Have they made a profit? Are the financials audited? Has their IR/PR gotten any better? Is the stock regularly traded with sufficient volume to provide liquidity in the market?
Show me the change. I would love to see all of the aforementioned change for the better and the SP correspond in a favorable manner. Until this leopard changes it spots it remains the same, IMO.
