Agreed berdboy. There is no question that Jeff had started auditing past fins in preparation to up-list. I think he was deep into the process before the SEC action. So we should be looking at less time to get the past two years audited than was anticipated. I'm thinking six months or less.

The last PR didn't seem to indicated that they started an audit. They intend to start one is what it says.
