Well yes, but what other option do we really have? To talk any MM into filing the Form 211 for us with FINRA we would, without question, have to show audited financials. So if Jeff is going to go to that trouble and expense, might as well go straight for the bulletin board and not mess with this garbage and non reporting status anymore.
KMAG is not that big of a company yet and their financials are pretty straight forward, the audit could honestly be done in a couple of weeks.
