If BLDW thought that it was about commercial, then its not their fault. The news station usually alerts people as to what they're doing stories on prior to interviewing. Wasn't a mistake on BLDW's part. It was a mistake, or laziness on the news station's behalf (reporters aren't given much time to form stories. I Can give you a background on this if you'd like to PM me about it). After all, it was the station's decision to still use their footage, probably thrown together last minute to meet deadlines and to fill a certain time slot.
