if that were the case, the sec would have simply called the company. they would not have suspended based on that. they suspended following an investigation for adequacy and accuracy, audited or not.

I you don't mind Janice, would you say that the SEC is not so much concerned with the accuracy of the PR's, but more so the fact that financials are not audited, do you get my drift.

That wouldn't be their immediate concern, as KMAG isn't required to file audited financial reports. They can't be held liable for not doing so.
