Well if Rauber holds up to his word and we do become cash flow positive with only one or two processors running, how bad can the petcoke problem be?

Assuming whoever started the SEC investigation desperately wants JBII to fail, it would be in their best interest to drag the case on as long as possible... especially if it looked like they were going to lose it- since just the mere fact that JBII is being litigated is eroding the share price/striking doubt into investors minds. They have definitely done damage regardless of whether their claims hold water or not...

I think the idea of the coke fouling problem being a far greater problem than they are admitting to is a fair conclusion. It explains why the RKT sites are on hold. It explains why unit 3 is taking forever to build. It explains the lack of revenue. It explains why the machines can only be run part time. It explains the company going dark.

They may have believed that the fouling problem was licked at the time of the last AGM. But their optimism may have been premature.
