nar; there has been nothing released about the SLUP/EMH* deal not being completed. Until I see or hear something to the difference I will only conclude that the deal will be done. EMH* needs it more than SLUP.

As you have stated, if the SLUP/EMH* deal is not consumated, then SLUP will deal directly with GTG*. I agree with this take too.

But why hasn't nellie answered my question to support her post, saying that EMH* is out...???
