Im not talking about debt they have or had , Im talking about almost a billion shares that were issued to a company 2 years ago in return for some service or in payment for something, and that are out of any restrictions, they cant do nothing about that already , dunno why or what they paid with all those shares but nothing they can do now about it, those shares are not theirs anymore.
