Lets speculate that a seperation agreement has been signed. Why did Mr Chang-bang sign? Had a sure deal lined up with the pellet plantation and a committment for capital infusion. Most likely! Has a partner lined up. Probably if truth be told and All the facts known another reason was to thwart off a law suit or two. Why because he was approached sometime back before he resigned from the board and had dealings under way. In other words he was back room dealing if you know what I mean! Had to be why? Because he could have had it all but with no labor or capital it was a sure deal without spreading out to thin like in Thailand or Asia or the America! Just my speculation no basis for this of course and without any facts but in the back of his head he knew he could bale whenever he chose to. SO did we investors.
