It's not so much about a time, it's about satisfying the SEC's questions, which caused the suspension.

Then, getting a market maker to find SMNG worthy, and having that market maker file a 15c2-11 for SMNG.

Some say, and can prove, that once the SEC suspends a stock they never leave the greys, unless they get revoked.

But miracles do happen.
