There was a paid pump back in April and then Samblis sold 5.1M shares. ICPA will never be a household name. People have emptied their 401Ks to buy all the ICPA they can and it continues to drop. How can anybody have any faith in an alleged multi-million dollar company that can't stay above a penny. The chart shows where this is headed, it's a slow walk down to triple zeros. Maybe Samblis will do another R/S to get the price back up? Maybe he'll give shares to some more anonymous people to come and pump his stock on public forums?
