My view is there are investors patiently waiting. If you notice when the price starts to rise, very often the big buys come in. These are the ones who "buy on strength." These often are the most informed and experienced traders. Often when the price starts to decline it does so with very small trades. This morning showed strength at first. When they finished their buying, the price started to fall. We have to expect the flippers to sell. This stock moves fast and far enough that they can make a few hundred.
