You need to look at the 8-Ks

Sugarcoat, the 10-Qs are quarterly reports that only have general information. If you want to find any details look at the specific 8-K that deals with each specific trade.

C'mon you have been around long enough to know better than that.

For anyone unfamiliar with researching SEC documents, go to the TADF website, click on Regulatory Info and then SEC.

In the next screen (SEC filings) This brings up TADF's filings from the SEC web site.

Click on the appropriate 8-K

It provides date, type of SEC doc, and then current report filing. Underneath is another link for related documents. This is where one finds the details of the specific deal.

Each 8-K represents a different deal or press release. They have the important attachments in the link "RELATED DOCUMENTS"

I provided one link as an example above. I'm sure everyone can figure out how to obtain all the information I copied onto the earlier post from these simple directions.
