If this is truthful then, he should have no problem in naming the firm that is doing the auditing, and he should definitely do this ASAP.

Right berdboy. Before 9/17 I think Jeff was well on his way to auditing past fins and this should shorten the time it will take to complete the past two years.

Jeff needs to update the shareholders on exactly why KMAG was suspended. He should know by now. Also line out his plan of action giving an approximate timeline. A positive PR from him will go a long way.

It will offer longs a much needed ray of hope. Communication is crucial at this time prior to trading on the grey's.
