Smitter, that's pretty much how I see it as well.....I'm gonna be there holding the bag with you (loyal longs please forgive my use of that term)......hopefully, it will turn into a bag of Franklins...

WOW Smitter... love the fire in your tone!

I'm a long... long and strong.

Don't care if it drops to the trips and only hope I can buy more KMAGnificent shares... missed that opportunity before but won't should it replay. Know what I own and thinking of not even checking out IHUB next week but who knows if my curiosity will get the better of me. I'll have to wait and see.

All the best to our leader in this battle and all KMAGgers!

That was sort of where my mindset was. I won't be shy in admitting that I am concerned about the investment, but I did go in with my eyes wide open and only spent what I was comfortable losing. That's the only strategy I believe any investor in this market should follow.

Ultimately, and personally, my goal is to make money off of the entire investment, not lose it. I also believe it will take time and have no faith in those who say an MM will never sponsor a fully reporting company that follows SEC rules and perhaps even vindicates itself with the same. Never seems to be a long time to me and never is blind to possibilities, that is why I usually (not never), but usually do not respond to naysayers as their paradigm is too dim to see possibilities.

The punishment is steep at this point and perhaps we let some sleeping dogs lie too long, but I, like you, believe that holding zero's with the chance for a recovery is better then holding nothing with nothing to recover. Perhaps that makes little sense to those who lack it, but it makes a lot of sense to me.

Smitter--that's what i was thinking--why wouldn't an mm step up if everything is in order paperwise and form wise--it actually seems pretty simple to me, assuming that jeff and his lawyers get things straight--this idea that we are doomed to the greys forever doesn't make sense to me. of course a money incentivised mm (as they all are) will take control of this. where is their downside?. I respect janice an her otherworldly knowledge on this subject but i think she is jaded somewhat, and basing all of her analysis on a broad-stroke approach based on all of the other previous penny and sub penny stocks suspended over the years. i and we all think kmag is different, and if it is, then the cream rises to the top.--e

The Sec will give the nod that all is clean and good

The SEC does not do that. Ever.

I wonder how long it will take to do the audits and prepare all of the response to SEC and the registration statements? I also wonder if he has hired an auditor, and if not, why, and when he intends to hire the auditor?
