I totally agree! this all has to be going to the settlement which is due rather quickly! I don't see anything on them bumping up the AS, even if he pumped it to 2 billion it's still going to reduce share value. History is a valuable teacher, and they way this is going, just look at the track record. In short term I'm going to have to agree with Chuck, if this hits trips, look for a good entry and flip, flip flip!
