I see. Looks like they are very well connected and Rafarma will have all the hospitals in Russia to sell their drugs too. This is a win win win situation for them. This is like a dream come true.

Rafarma/J*** is fully Russian Now. OTC markets was just updated again and counsel was removed. Its good they are on the right track with the investor relations firm. That is a plus. They have someone who knows English well.
I am really hoping they do the stock the American way and keep all the shareholders in the loop with news and all of that. Thats what drives the otc market and keeps everyone happy and keeps the stock going and green.
It really does look like we are close to everything finalized. Its been a brutal wait. Takes patience of steel but with mergers like this its so well worth the wait.
