Are you referring to "Hard Nutrition"?

I don't have the details of the company history, but I do know that it NEVER rose above a fledgeling status. Fairly well known piece of history.

It is difficult, and dangerous, to speculate on exactly WHAT led to a company's failure. Undercapitalization? Poor management? Lousy marketing? Poor products? Litigation?

Yes, there is a parallel in these two companies in that Brad is (was) involved with both companies. Beyond that, there is little else in common. Hard Nutrition would have KILLED to have enjoyed the success MSLP has.

I am ticked with the management but his previous company (Hard Nutrition) was sold by Pyatt and is currently owned by DC Brands. Hard Nutrition did not go bankrupt under Pyatt.
