Re:#16574 Homeland! AWESOME POST! You have effectively sent in your B52s and carpet bombed everything in site(!)

I like how they state in the 1st URL that they have not yet adopted a "Code of Ethics" and that they need to ASAP.

The 2nd URL ("further antics" #1039) is an amazing account of what was actually going on at that time.

I guess the $64 question is: Is there sufficient dilution to give up on this investment, even if contracts are obtained?

My other concerns are

1) are there more acquisitions coming (you've got to be kidding, TADF, at this point), and

2) are any of these acquisitions for "fronts" and just a means to steal money? - there I've said it without beating around the bush.

Homeland, great post. I still wonder why would TAC-AIR get in-bed with TADF? TAC-AIR seams to be a legitimate company. Why would TAC-AIR say they where working on a meager and lease plane deal, if they weren't? Why tarnish your name?

Where did you find the ownership info?

The one or two stockholders of all of these firms was Mark Daniels or his father Fred Daniels. One of them included Victor Miller.

Dilution (all class C):
Logos Aviation 833,333 (repair station license)
Northrop TF5-1 Corp 2,500,000 (Canadair CF-5)
. plus $500,000 note at 12%
Global Lease 1,250,000 (two CF-5 being leased)
Aerotech 5,000,000 (exchange for $250K note?)
