He is General Manager at Optimalnoe Zdorovie & a member of the Board of Directors at Rafarma JSC

"Optimalnoe Zdorovie" is the "Optimal Health" that Ageev works/worked for and probably possibly Natalia as well. Remember she controlled the 30M preferred shares on behalf of "Zdorovie-invest" maybe this is the company the bought the p/s and not the Russian govt.

There isn't much info I have found yet on this company "Optimalnoe Zdorovie" but I found this article and just like Rafarma they began operations in 2006, are working with the Russian govt, sell HIV drugs and are partners with J&J and Abbott....lots of similarities.

Optimal Zdorovie –which was founded in 1999 and started its operations in 2006- is working with the Russian government. The company is issuing invitations for tenders and administrating bidding sessions on behalf of the government. Amongst its procurement partners there are also well-known companies like Johnson & Johnson and Abbott. The company is operating in the HIV drugs’ market and achieved a 40 percent market share in 2010. In 2006 - the year Optimalnoe Zdorovie started operating- the company’s total sales amount was $20 mio. In 2009 the company increased this number to $100 mio, and anticipates sales figures for 2010 to rise to as much as $120 mio.
