My Read of that is they will want to run $2.5 million through the stock.
because at the current price, 1.25 billion shares need to be traded in order for them to get more stock issued.
they'll WANT more stock, so they'll want to keep the price low for 4 more days and then run the snot out of it so they keep the price high, but get shares low.
