It could be big if they can prove that these patients respond to something else (like Cymbalta, Abilify or something in development) better than they respond to first line generics. And that's a much harder task than finding a correlation between inflammation and intractable depression. But perhaps, there is a case to be made for Cymbalta to the extent that "inflamation hurts" :)
