The made an agreement with neomedia (which involved a percentage ownership in the company in exchange for not licensing.. I wonder how that would work
Perhaps Patrick needs to maintain a 10percent ownership going forward or has options to increase it to a higher percentage. But not a controllering amount.
On top of that Maybe Neomedia was waiting for an influx of licensing fees to come in. Possibly they got a good chuck from Microsoft has they've been infrigging for a while. Put tthat forward towards their YA debt and hopefully the VP of sales just hired, can bring in some campaign revenue to boot. IMO
Going forward I also wonder if they'll 8k every license they get pr'd. The smaller 2 after MS there was no 8K.. There was a license that came in 2nd quarter but no mention of who it was either. Does Neomedia have to provide this Info in an 8k or can they be selective if its a normal part of their operation..
