I thought you'd be the guy with the answers, not the questions. :) Anyway, don't think its a scam, but they may have some unresolved issues. CEO claims they will be cash flow positive by 1st quater 2013. RAWNOC and BRIGG are in jail, so they can't respond. RAW posts on Silicon Investor.
