How can you possibly say that? The OS was about 601,340,000 shares just weeks ago and today we learn it's now 725,491,084 shares...an increase of nearly 125,000,000 more shares. That's just a fact. And in addition, the float used to be 63,981,675 and now according to OTC the float is now 335,734,409. So yes, the float has increased by 271,752,734 shares. Therefore, not only has the company been issuing nearly 125,000,000 new shares, but insiders must have also sold 147,601,650 shares. Just do the math and you'll see the facts.

Well you were wrong and inorout was, and is correct. According to OTCmarkets.com the current outstanding share count for MPIX is 725,491,084 shares.
