My guess is NITE filled orders with markers (IOU's) rather than shares since it seems "doubtful" shares could be in their inventory, or even available elsewhere.
It seems to me the Charter deal might be very significant to Telvue from a revenue perspective. It could even mean a significant increase will be reported in Q3 revenues and beyond but I don't know enough about it to judge it objectively. Given Charter's size the potential for Telvue could be enormous.
Joe.. Acording to rules the Min. offer of shares you can make above $10.00 is 200.. $10.00 and below needs 500 offered to show.. NITE could have 5000 left but has no obligation to show it.. hank
