jazz...I'm here to post about the KMAG SEC suspension and don't need a conspiracy theory education on why this world we live in is corrupt on every level imaginable.
And if you really believe the SEC suspends co's like KMAG cuz joe blow in the back office received a white envelope stuffed with 100 dollar bills so be it.
I prefer digging deep into all the available due and looking for plausible explanations...like the fact that KMAG has over 300 SOR and Jeff Reid may not have realized that automatically kicked in a resumption of his SEC reporting obligations according to rule 15-12G.
I've been trading penny plays for 20 years and didn't realize that once a penny company files their 15-12G to go dark that it's really just a temporary suspension of their SEC reporting obligations for example...and I bet most penny players and penny co's didn't/don't realize that either...because quite frankly I've never seen the SEC step in and suspend a penny company for that particular dark status rule violation b4 if that is indeed what's happened here!!!
NO DOUBT!!! If the sec were looking out for us stinky pinkies would probably be gone, shorting stocks would be terminated, mm's would be unable to manipulate pps, promos would be illegal, u wouldnt need 25k in an account to daytrade..etc...etc.. Could u imagine how trading/investing would be if it were truly a free market and we all got to play by the same rules. WEEEE... I no I would be rich.....
