Well, there ya go. KMAG definately has more than 300 investors.
So, why did the suspension take so long?
I doubt KMAG had 300 investors last spring, when the distribution of 7/19/11's new 434M was still occurring. Not long after though, I'm sure.
Maybe the unaudited Q2 filing was what spurred the suspension, since the 300 probably wasn't surpassed until after Q1 closed?
This may also explain why JR specifically mentioned filing the Form 10 today.
(sorry if this has all already been discussed/explored, and I just didn't see it. I haven't been reading all the posts and didn't chime back in until my opinion was requested on today's PR)
