I agree!! I have noticed a shift in pennies over the past few months... the big boys seem to be leaving less and less on the plate for us little guys. They also seem to be much more blatant in there tactics. I find it interesting that a ticker like VLN* that goes from 0-.40 in first day then drop to subpenny doesnt draw attention to SEC but KMAG does.
