I don't believe mini-poo had any sway with the SEC whatsoever and any and all discussion even suggesting they're somehow behind making the SEC take a deep and critical look at KMAG and then suspending them is giving them way waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy more credit than they deserve.

It's just like that poster on this board yesterday who received all the board accolades for stating that he called the Chicago SEC office and so and so told him that KMAG would be cleared from the SEC suspension and it was just some minor technicality to do with some supposed old affiliate shareholder or some chit like that lol.

The SEC has a strict policy to NOT comment on any suspended public co's and that's why everyone needs to always do their own due and rely on nothing they read on any mb as reliable.

As for saying the SEC unfairly suspended KMAG...well that's still to be determined as the SEC is certainly running around and suspending way more penny co's than usual nowadays...and I believe Jeff Reid when he stated in todays PR that no-one from the SEC so much as contacted ahead of yesterdays suspension to even warn him or give him a chance to satisfy whatever it is they suspended KMAG for.

So does that make the SEC corrupt...not really...just makes the entire way they went about handing out the suspension weird...since the normal chain of events is to at least contact the company and give them a chance to correct whatever the SEC is deeming wrong...or verify whatever info the SEC is seeking...as halts should only be handed down in the event of obvious fraud not for minor filing technicalities if it is nothing more than a evolved 15-12G glitch which I think it may be if in fact KMAG has 300 shareholders of record nowadays!
