Quite honestly, I don't think the monthly numbers were a red flag. Those kinda things happen in the pennies, and the SEC knows this. As good as they were, 611% increase really isn't hard to believe, if a company has been largely dormant, and has an impressive technology in a hot sector. Neither was the 18% or 19% continued growth, a red flag. Not when the SEC only needs to look back and see that KMAG has been courting some large industries (airlines, shoes, cosmetics).
Four months without the slightest update on the BB program? Now there's a red flag!
