Tradeable? At least to some degree but that's not certain and brokerages have been known to severely limit trades. I suspect most will run for the doors and as a result drive the pps quickly down.
As for the pps on grey markets ... I personally think the bottom will quickly fall out but that's just me. Calling a pps even in the best of circumstances is a no win situation. I never try to make a pps call even on big board stocks and will certainly not try to do so here.
