Save your negotiating for someone who knows something.
Why not just buyout GTGP from the greys for 1:1 for shares in GTHI, and then do the up-listing? Solves two problems. Dissolves GTGP, and gets it off the greys. We get more shares in GTHI, and build from there as we head to the end game. JMO
