What is a complete guess. The 400 share sell or the 5 tick marging for L3 Brokers?

Have you never had a large block of shares partially sell leaving a few hundred shares? I've had large block buys go off with 999,000 shares at the ask and 1,000 at the bid. It's done to close the order book out.
