I don't know if the unregistered shares sold to Fairhills Capital had anything to do with the SEC's decision to suspend MIKP and two of the other stocks today, but it could have been part of the equation.

Hey kop- TJ Management is linked to M*G somehow. I have seen TJ Management listed as "accredited investor" in several of the M*G stocks. FYI- All those stocks are/were promo/dilution machines.

KOP- Are you still associated with MIKP? Do you have any updates that can be legally shared? Do you know why MIKP has made all their filings inactive?
