no stock was issued whatsoever-and issuing stock would benefit stockholders by getting production started-without issuing stock they had no money to begin operations in March 2010-as can be seen from filings
at least they werent planning on going out of business or issuing stock to avoid bankruptcy as many promos do without benefiting the stockholders in a direct manner
