BBDA- panick or reality.....i would not be very comfortable being a shareholder of that company right now cause they do fit the profile of what the s.e.c is doing..i am not jumping on the fairhills angle as much as the unwillingness of Brian to disclose any information of his share structure to anyone..
a GAGGED T/a and no update filings what so ever is bad news.....

UBSS at .01 for 4 million shares is part of his group,so where there is smoke there is fire...
