If you could narrow down what part you are talking about of things he did that may help. But my opinion about dean and what he did is well established, I believe he did many illegal stuff, proof of which seems to elude the authorities at all cost. So in a legal meaning, sense he is still walking out free as a bird, I guess according to the law he did not.
