Everyone agrees that dean scammed investors here, yet, the one person that was involved since the beginning, had family on the inside, did multiple dw's and was one of the few that made money, is praised as a savior while dropping the company 99%, and, simultaneously, becoming the majority common and A holder.

Does this make him a great businessman or ^insert words of choice here^?
