I dont believe M.L. is the big fish here as (1) of the defendents were locked up and still not released. While the other paid on a $1,000,000 bond. As far as MJNA I believe it will be a much better company in the event M.L. stays as he will be cognizant of the fact that he is being watched very close. However, I believe Tripp will be promoted very soon as the logical choice and in all reality his knowledge along with his communication skills are trully a great skillset. Indeed a very high caliber person IMO. I find it literally impossible anything negative happens permanently in regards of the company itself other than a slight sell-off. I do believe that the government can go after M.L.'s stock and freeze his assets. The irony is this took almost 4 years for the indictment which tells me they do not have an iron-clad case.
